Founder and Principal Consultant - Sheri Clark
Sheri Clark has over twenty five years of business analysis, process improvement, quality assurance and software engineering experience. She has utilized a variety of process improvement and business modeling techniques for large and small organizations in Europe and the United States and has conducted numerous CMM assessments and participated in ISO 9000 audits. Recent experience includes compliance specialist for PNM, testing and quality lead for PNM technical business organization. Additional experience includes technical business analysis lead and quality engineer for Boeing-SVS and Boeing-LTS and quality testing at Sandia National Laboratories.
Various consulting assignments include utilizing Lean+ methodologies, including value stream mapping and 5s for multiple organizational and technical disciplines. She employs process modeling and business analysis as a basis for process improvement activities. Ms Clark has provided gap analysis, improvement plans and assisted with implementation of various improvement models, including CMM, CMMi, ISO 9001, and Malcolm Baldrige. She has also conducted requirements elicitation and requirements management workshops and has assisted organizations in gathering, documenting and managing business, system and software requirements.
